A member of the carp family found in Southeast Asia. They possess an orange coloration with a black triangle pattern. Males' coloration has a stronger reddish tint. Their coloration deepens as they grow, eventually producing a dazzling appearance. They are omnivores that consume things such as plankton and insects.
