eTicket refers to online tickets available at our Official eTickets Booking System. Purchase your eTickets in advance allows you to jump the queues at the ticket counter on the day of your visit.

Maximum 9 tickets can be purchased at one time. If you want to buy 10 or more tickets, please divide them into separate orders.
Official eTickets Booking System only accept lump sum credit card payment at the moment.
Please save the eTickets (QR codes) in your smartphone for sending; or share the print out to your friends and relatives.
In case of encountering any technical error during your purchase, we suggest you to try the followings:
- Check your internet connection or try other networks
- Do not open multiple browsers or tabs during purchase
- Check your credit card status and information
- Do not use browsers other than our recommended versions
No, the eTickets can be printed in either color or black-and-white.
To avoid issues when purchasing eTickets, we suggest you to use any of the below browsers. Please make sure your web browser is updated to the most recent version.

No, reselling or transferring eTickets is strictly prohibited.
You can apply for cancellation and refund via My Tickets. No cancellation fee (¥0). Please make sure your eTickets fulfil the following eligibility requirements before making a cancellation:
- The eTickets are within validity period
- All the eTickets under the same order are not used yet
We only accept tickets purchased from our ticket counter, ticket machines, official eTickets booking system and authorized sales channels like convenience stores. Also, the tickets should be purchased by the ticket holder or accompany guests.
eTickets purchased from auction sites or other unauthorized sales channels shall be void. Void tickets cannot be entitled to re-issue, cancellation or refund. We shall not be liable for any void ticket.
Merge Tickets
"Merge Tickets" is an option allowing multiple guests to admit with 1 single QR code.
No, a merged ticket cannot be divided into separate tickets. Oppositely, individual tickets cannot be merged into a single ticket once being issued.
Manage eTickets & Request a Receipt
You can check your order and eTickets via My Tickets.
Your confirmation email will be delivered to your designated email address and your eTickets (QR codes) are attached to the confirmation email. You may also retrieve your order and eTickets via My Tickets.
Delivery of confirmation email can be failed for a variety of reasons, here are some common reasons why emails get undeliverable.
- Filter or spam prevention service is in place to reject the notification email
- The notification email is delivered to the spam folder
To ensure delivery of our notification emails to your inbox, please add "@mail.dmm.com" to your safe sender list.
If you checked all these and still cannot solve the problem, please retrieve your order and eTickets via My Tickets.
You can issue a receipt via My Tickets.
By retrieving your order in My Tickets, you can manage the followings with ease:
- View your eTickets
- Issue receipt
- Cancellation and refund
Change or Cancel Your eTickets
You can apply for cancellation and refund via My Tickets. No cancellation fee (¥0). Please make sure your eTickets fulfil the following eligibility requirements before making a cancellation:
- The eTickets are within validity period
- All the eTickets under the same order are not used yet
No, you cannot change the number of tickets once the purchase is completed.
