Safety for Guests
Wearing Masks
All guests (aged 6 or above) are required to wear masks upon your visit. We will refuse guests without wearing masks (except children aged below 6) to enter the Aquarium. If you do not have a mask, you may buy one at the entrance.
Crowd Control
At busy times we will need to limit the number of people entering the Aquarium to prevent overcrowding.
Social Distancing Measure
When queuing at the ticket counter or ticket machines, please keep 2 m apart from other guests while in the queue.
Hands Sanitization Measure
Sanitary alcohol dispensers are installed at the entrance on second floor. Please disinfect your hands before entering the Aquarium.
Protecting Our Staff
- We will conduct temperature checks for staff everyday. All staff members are requested to wash and sanitize their hands frequently.
- All staff members at the Aquarium are required to wear masks.
- Air is completely refreshed 3 times per hour.

Welcome Theatre (2/F)
We will need to limit the number of people entering the theatre to prevent overcrowding.
The Whole Facility
Cleaning, disinfection regimen and ventilation have been strengthened.
Air is completely refreshed 3 times per hour (every 20 minutes) by mechanical ventilation systems.
